OUR STORY
Groves Enterprise began when Maya and Fayon stepped into real estate with faith, determination, and a willingness to learn by doing. What started with residential investment and renovation grew into acquisitions, construction management, ground-up homebuilding, and community-focused development across Greater St. Louis.
Today, Groves Enterprise develops residential communities that create lasting value through thoughtful planning, disciplined execution, and strategic partnerships. FAYON GROVES — CO-FOUNDER | GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Fayon leads construction execution and brings hands-on oversight to residential renovations and ground-up projects. His focus on quality, responsibility, and practical problem-solving helps move each project from vision to completion.
